The patent bureau "Kim & Kim" was established in 1997 - a little bit later than the time of establishment of the State Patent & Trademark Department of Kyrgyz Republic. The patent bureau "Kim & Kim" is located in the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic - Bishkek that allows us to execute any proceeding immediately, on the day of receipt from the client. Company services: Representation of clients' interests at the State Agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic, Preparation of applications for patenting of Inventions, Utility Models, Industrial Designs; registration of Trade Marks and Service Marks; Preparation of arguments, answers, oppositions; protests against decisions of examination; actions to Arbitration court; License agreement and assignment deeds for objects of Intellectual Property; Extension of the validity terms, maintenance of the Protective documents; Control dates for execution of necessary actions; Assistance in barring of infringement of exclusive rights of patent owners and barring of illegal use of trademarks; Consultations on application matters, Patent Law and its practical implementation.
