VGP - A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on intellectual property cooperation between Viet Nam and the South Korea was inked in Ha Noi on June 22. THUY DUNG
Director General of National Office of Intellectual Property Dinh Huu Phi and Commissioner of the Korean Intellectual Property Office LEE Insil signed the MoU.
The MoU will replace the previous one which was signed in 2009 with an aim to to further strengthen cooperation in trademark-related issues.
Speaking at the event, LEE Insil said that the MoU will create an opportunity for the two agencies to exchange experience and information related to appraisal policies and practices and governance system and carry out surveys on intellectual property rights enforcement. Read more
