VNIPO to receive requests for accelerated patent prosecution under Vietnam-Japan PPH program quota for the period from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023

Pertaining the PPH program between the IPO of Vietnam and Japan Patent Office, the VNIPO has recently issued a notification dated September 28, 2022 informing that within the period from October 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023, it shall receive the rest of 200 requests under the PPH program quota for the April 1, 2022-March 31, 2023 period. D&N International
