Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) – Pilot Program between Brazil and Spain is signed

The Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (BRPTO) recently signed a memorandum of undertsanding for cooperating in the Patent Prosecution Highway(PPH) pilot program with the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM).
