The device ‘Aloha production’ was created by members of a limited liability company in 1995 and the sign started to be used by the limited liability company soon. Two years later, in 1997 between the members of the limited liability company controversy emerged. One of the members of the limited liability company filed the coloured device ALOHA FILM with the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office (HIPO) in his own name as a trademark application. The limited liability company filed an observation against the application setting out that the application had been filed by the member of the company without the consent of the company, in bad faith.
