On October 28, 2021, a decree of the Russian government came into force on the amount of compensation that would be paid to the patent holder if the authorities decided to use an invention, utility model, or industrial design without consent.
The amount of compensation will be 0.5% of the manufacturer’s revenue, which will be given permission to copy patented goods. Read more
